Nonprofit Status
Nurses First Foundation is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Kansas. Our mission is purely charitable and educational, focused on supporting and uplifting local nurses and CNAs.
We have applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Once our application is approved, all donations will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Nurses First Foundation does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law in the administration of its programs, scholarships, activities, or operations.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our donors, volunteers, and program participants. Nurses First Foundation will never sell, trade, or share personal or donor information with any other organization.
- Donations made online are processed securely.
- Personal information provided (such as email, phone number, or mailing address) is used only for Foundation purposes such as donation acknowledgments, updates, or volunteer communications.
Financial Transparency
- Annual financial reports and IRS Form 990 filings will be made available for public inspection as required by law.
- Copies of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, IRS application for exemption, and annual reports are available upon request.
