Nurses First Foundation is dedicated to uplifting nurses and CNAs in Barton County by fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and appreciation. We believe that when caregivers feel valued, patient care and community health thrive. Our initiatives focus on reducing burnout and creating opportunities for professional growth, ensuring that every nurse feels seen and supported.
We show gratitude through meaningful acts of appreciation, surprise coffees, thoughtful wellness gifts, community-sponsored lunches, raffles, seasonal celebrations, and more. We also provide scholarships and sponsor admission to nursing conferences, helping nurses advance in their careers.
