Nurses First Foundation was created out of a deep calling to uplift and honor the nurses who give so much of themselves. As a nightshift nurse, I witnessed firsthand the burnout and isolation many of us face, along with the need for greater appreciation and inclusivity. What began as a simple desire to encourage my coworkers has grown into a movement of support, recognition, and community. Together, with a team of dedicated Nurses and CNAs, we founded Nurses First Foundation to remind our local nursing staff that they are valued, seen, and never alone. Our mission is to provide meaningful support, resources, and a strong sense of community for Nurses and CNAs across Barton County.
